1. Who can use Kid Investor
You must be 18 or older and the parent or legal guardian of any child who uses the app under your account. By creating an account, you confirm you are that adult and that you consent to your child's use of the app.
2. Not financial advice
Kid Investor is an educational tool. Nothing in the app is investment, tax, legal, or financial advice. Company names, tickers, and prices are shown for learning purposes only. Consult a licensed professional before making real financial decisions.
3. Virtual play money only
All portfolios, trades, and balances inside the app are virtual. No real money ever moves through Kid Investor. Any real-world rewards are given by you, the parent, at your discretion and outside the platform.
4. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials secure and for all activity that happens under your account, including anything done by your child.
5. Acceptable use
Do not attempt to break the app, scrape data, resell access, or use the app to harass or harm anyone. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
6. Changes and termination
We may update these terms or the app at any time. You may close your account at any time. On closure, child profiles and associated data are deleted per our Privacy Policy.
